Silent by Design: Why Fanless LED Panel Lights Win in Studios and Conference Rooms

Where fan noise comes from — and how to remove it
High-power LED panels traditionally cool with fans. Fans move air, but they also add a constant broadband hum that microphones pick up even at low volumes. The HEYI-SP-SBW-FL series removes the fan entirely: an integrated die-cast aluminum-alloy heatsink dissipates heat by natural air convection. No moving parts, no fan hum, no vibration — and one less failure point to maintain.
Silent does not mean hot
The obvious question: can natural cooling really handle 200W or 300W? Measured results say yes — the fixture surface temperature stays below 60°C after three hours of continuous normal operation. The 200W model arrays 836 LED chips; the 300W model arrays 1,276. Both use a high-density, low-power SMD2835 full-spectrum source that spreads heat evenly across the housing instead of concentrating it.
Colour performance that survives the silence
Fanless design costs nothing in optical quality: both models deliver CRI(Ra)≥97, TLCI≥98, CQS≥97 and TM30 Rf≥97 / Rg≥100, with luminance uniformity ≥0.95 through an imported milky-white PC light-guide plate. Constant-power CCT control offers ten preset values (CCK) plus linear 2700K-6500K tuning (CTO) — colour temperature changes while fixture power stays constant, so exposure does not jump mid-take. RG0 blue-light safety keeps long sessions comfortable on camera and off.

TV news studios and interview sets, corporate boardrooms and lecture halls, churches and multi-purpose halls, virtual production stages and any room where microphones sit within a few metres of the lights.
